Oral cavity ulcers in horses can be caused by various reasons, including infectious agents, plants and chemical irritants, dental problems, etc., and make eating painful for the animal. Mechanism of action:
Marimend 7 is a 100% natural spray that heals all kinds of wounds in the mouth, gums, tongue and throat in horses. This product is formulated based on the active ingredients of Calendula officinalis, licorice and propolis extracts, which have extensive anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antifungal properties. The mechanism of action of this product is in a way which by increasing epithelialization and angiogenesis, reducing inflammation, inhibiting free radicals and preventing the growth of microbes in the damaged area, it helps and speeds up the wound healing process. By protecting the wound or injury, Marimend 7 prevents further irritation and reduces the pain caused by the injury.
Marimend 7 is free of any drug toxicity and there are no synthetic chemicals, preservatives or antibiotics in its formulation. Therefore, it can be used in sensitive conditions such as pregnancy, milking, newborns and young animals, and even weak physical conditions.
Marimend 7 Indications:
- After scaling and tooth extraction
- ulcers caused by jaw and mouth surgery
- Treatment of ulcers and inflammations caused by gum disease (periodontal) and mouth inflammation (stomatitis)
- Treatment of wounds caused by viral diseases such as vesicular stomatitis or parasitic diseases such as habronemiasis
- Oral ulcers caused by diabetes and renal failure
- Ulcers caused by trauma, foreign body, irritant plants (foxtail), irritant chemicals or some medicines such as phenylbutazone
Recommended dosage:
Spray directly on the lesions 2 to 4 times a day until complete recovery
(Do not use more than 2 puffs per kilogram of body weight)
